Blasting without the dust cloud
Dustless blasting mixes abrasive media with water inside the blast pot, encapsulating dust particles the moment they're created. The result is the same aggressive cutting power as traditional sandblasting — rust, paint, coatings and contamination stripped back to a clean profile — without the plume.
It's the right choice whenever a surface needs to be taken back to sound substrate: pre-coating preparation, corrosion removal, restoration or cleaning. Because dust is suppressed at the source, we regularly work in occupied buildings, on live infrastructure and alongside other trades.
We select the media and pressure to suit the substrate — from aggressive garnet on structural steel to fine media on brick, timber and heritage surfaces.
